Natives of Atlanta, GA, Caroline Catts and Emily Latone have both earned their Masters in School Counseling from Mercer University. They have a collaborative approach when advising students which pulls on their combined experience in high school and college counseling. In addition, they have both experienced the independent and public school systems.

They are both members of the National Association of College Admission Counseling, Southern Association of College Admission Counseling, perspective members of the Independent Educational Consultants Association, as well as the American School Counselors Association.
